Our vision is to support creators and plant one billion trees by 2032. Each year, we reflect on where we stand and the steps we need to take to move forward. We’ve finalised our 2021 Impact Report, making it publicly available for accountability and transparency. It details our footprint and positive impact in the past, present and future.

Since the beginning, our commitment has been to Earth and to creators. Because we believe creativity is at the core of how we face challenges and change our path for the better. From the materials we choose to the trees we plant, every decision at Urth is guided by four principles — Purpose, Planet, People and Progress.

Purpose

The world’s current state is the result of a purpose that placed profit before everything. Our purpose is to support our natural creative potential, so the tools we share with the world help reposition ourselves as custodians and creators, not as consumers.

Planet

Nature has thought of everything. It’s engineered something that grows on its own, sequesters carbon and provides infinite value to the web of life. We’re talking, of course, about trees. They’re our chosen form of regeneration because, when planted properly, trees breathe green life back into landscapes and communities.

People

We are nature. The health of people and the planet are the same thing. For this reason, we are focused on restoring not only the environment, but communities. When people reunite with their environment and live in alignment with it, they are healthier and happier.

Progress

Making better choices is not a choice. For us, it’s the only way forward — so we take steps to restore not only the climate, but biodiversity. Not only Earth, but communities. Regeneration is a broad-reaching concept that we apply to our relationship with work, with creativity, with progress, with people, with nature.
